Senate HELP Committee Holds Hearing on Primary Care


On Tuesday, January 29 the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pension Committee (HELP) Subcommittee on Primary Care and Aging held a hearing to discuss the Primary Care Physician shortage crisis in America. Subcommittee Chairman Bernie Sanders pointed out that while the shortage is severe in most areas in America, the crisis is particularly acute for those in poverty and those in rural areas.
